Warm Christmas wishes and best hopes for a New Year

As we look back on the past year at the Co-Innovation Factory, we do so with great appreciation for everything that has grown, evolved and taken shape. It has been a year full of inspiring events, meaningful encounters and hands-on collaboration - moments where ideas were challenged, refined and turned into tangible progress.

Throughout the year, we have also focused on optimizing our infrastructure to better support innovation in practice. By improving our spaces, tools and processes, we created an environment that enables experimentation, learning and co-creation across disciplines and organizations. These efforts have strengthened the foundation for the Co-Innovation Cosmos on which our work - and our community - continues to grow.

Most importantly, our innovation community has expanded. New partners, startups, researchers and creative minds have joined the Co-Innovation Factory, bringing diverse perspectives and fresh impulses. Together, we have learned a great deal: from testing new formats and methods to reflecting openly on what works, what doesn’t, and how we can continuously improve. This shared learning process is at the heart of everything we do.

With this momentum, we move into 2026 with fresh energy and a clear ambition. The coming year will be about expanding our concept - deepening collaboration, scaling successful initiatives and opening new spaces for innovation to emerge. We are excited to continue this journey together and to shape the future through creativity, collaboration and impactful innovation.
