IKEA gathers at the Co-Innovation Factory

At the end of February, everything at IKEA revolved around exchange and collaboration. Leaders and employees from IKEA came together at the Co-Innovation Factory to discuss strategic priorities for the upcoming business year, explore new concepts and develop creative approaches. The event featured everything from inspiring talks and interactive workshops to innovative co-creation sessions.

A special highlight was the social aspect of the event: in teams, participants supported the charitable project "Community Kitchen" by Caritas, making a positive contribution to people in challenging life situations. Over two consecutive days, they cooked not only for the event attendees but also prepared an additional 150 meals for those in need.
