Our experiences have shown that we need a new way of approaching customer-centric innovation processes - one that goes beyond just concepts like Open Innovation and Intrapreneurship. A Multi-Stage Journey Through Innovation
Over the past months, we have developed a structured, guided approach - the Innovation Parcours. This unique methodology unfolds across six different rooms, each representing a critical phase of the innovation journey. The goal? To empower participants to develop, validate, and implement their innovation and communication projects faster and more sustainably than ever before.
On September 17, 2024, we had the opportunity to validate our model with leading innovators from well-known companies. Their enthusiastic participation and valuable feedback confirmed the effectiveness of the Innovation Parcours in bridging the gap between abstract ideas and tangible, actionable solutions.
The Six Senses of Innovation
